BRADFORD HEIGHTS OUTGROWN SALE CONSIGNOR AGREEMENT
Please note that every consignor must electronically sign this form during sale registration in order to participate in the sale.
I understand that Bradford Heights Elementary School and Bradford Heights Outgrown Sale, and its committee members and volunteers are not responsible for any items lost due to fire, loss, theft, or damage.
By participating in the sale, I voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure due to Covid-19. I understand that I must adhere to all Downingtown Area School District Covid-19 safety protocols, which includes wearing a mask.
I understand that Bradford Heights has no obligation to pay for any unsold item or items that are unaccounted for at the end of the sale.
I understand that it is my responsibility to properly price and tag items using the online tagging system.
I understand ALL items will go ½ off unless NO DISCOUNT is chosen for that item.
I understand that I must have tags printed from my online consignor account on white cardstock paper and that handwritten tags will not be accepted.
I understand that my consignor earnings from my net sales is 70% and that Bradford Heights Home and School Association will receive 30%.
If I DO NOT volunteer and work a shift for the sale that I registered for, I understand that a $25 selling fee will be deducted from my sales.
I agree to a $5.00 registration fee that will be deducted at the end of the sale.
To the best of my knowledge, I verify that no items that I am consigning are recalled or pending any recall notice according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
I understand that the pick up time for unsold items is between 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. I give my permission for the Bradford Heights Outgrown Sale to donate my items to charity if I fail to pick them up by 2:30 p.m. (SHARP) on the Saturday of the sale.
